One of the most essential aspects of any team, is that there is openness and honesty running throughout the organization, from upper management and through the ranks of the staff. This is the way in which the TransGlobe Property Management Company creates a sense of community, which is the most effective way to not only create a team, but to manage a business as well. The company shares in the success of not only each other, but that of their client’s as well.

And should a challenge arise, the team comes to challenge much in the way a family will rally around a member in need. Obstacles are confronted by a group of people working together to reach a positive outcome. I once lived in a residential rental apartment building, and the managers where incredible. After one of the most dramatic monsoon storms the landscaping was a mess. The next day many of the residents came out to lend a hand with the cleanup. This is what a community does for each other, this is the kind of inspiration to care that TransGlobe Property Management inspires in their tenants. This requires the input and the participation of everyone involved.

As people become more interested, they too become more invested. This is simply human nature. Everyone’s ideas contribute to the reaching of a final decision, a final solution. This not only creates a positive environment to work in, but a positive environment for prospective residents. When a company has the reputation for this kind of care, for the tenants and for the property, there will never be an issue when it comes time to fill an empty unit, or when it comes time for taking on more properties. The best way to run a business, is by running it fairly and justly, and open. This will not only make one’s job easier, but it will just fell good knowing that you are taking care of and for the property under your care.

Serving you where you work and live is what we’re all about. At TransGlobe Property Management your continued satisfaction is our number one priority, as we consider our relationship a lifelong affair. We have a splendid reputation for customer service, and with over fifteen years of experience, we’re committed to continuing with our excellent record, and seeing to all of your housing needs. Whether you’re looking for commercial or residential property, we have spaces all over Canada, and surely have something that you will love. We maintain a database that’s both user-friendly and extremely thorough, so that you can find the information you need when you need it.

This attitude continues through all phases of our relationship with you, not just when you’re looking for the space. Maintenance and availability are principles we hold very high, because a company that cares about its customers is one that can help to serve the community. When you start the exciting search for a new property, whether it’s for business or residential purposes, it’s a splendid luxury to look at all the choices that are available, and start to consider which one is right for you. Considering your material needs in terms of size, amenities, number of rooms, etc., is just the beginning. You’ll also be looking for spaces that suit your personal styles and tastes.

This is the part that we at TransGlobe really enjoy, because here the personal element starts to enter into the equation. The really good news here is that, while you’re searching from the comfort of your own laptop, eventually you’ll meet a person, who will be able to answer your questions and attend to your needs, to make sure you have the best match for what you want and the spaces that are available. We delight in meeting our potential clients, and we also enjoy our continued relationships, as you start to live and work in the neighborhoods we serve.

Our strategy of acquisition under valued properties has me a little concerned about how my partners and I will be able to manage to all the new properties, tenant and needs there of. Going forward and acquiring the property makes good sense at this time as most everything is priced at bargain basement prices. No better time to get a move on expansion.

Thinking a head tho we need to get some plan in place before we get into having so many properties to manage to we loose track of it all. Searching on line I came up with Transglobe property management a a possible company that could manage to the tenant needs and offer services for maintaining the properties and take calls from the tenants. Additionally keeping the properties occupied would be very important. With these properties now being all over and no longer close at hand a company like Transglobe property management would be necessary to handle the advertising and screening of the perspective tenants.

With property prices at an all time low and the fact they won’t stay low forever now is the time to strike, while the iron is hot so to speak. I think we would be kicking our selves in the future if we didn’t move on this now. Adding a mix of residential, which we have more or less always shied away from and more commercial properties only make seance. The diversification in the portfolio should make it less volatile to market ups and downs. All in all I think this will be a good overall strategy for us, we have the capitol, the time and pricing is right. I can not think of a good reason not to go forward.

Recently I was the one voted in as president of our home owners association, HOA. Not really a big feet considering there is no one that really wanted to do it, an easy contest to win, but I really didn’t want to win. I like every one else has a full schedule and very limited time for this but I suppose someone has to do it. At least it is a small community and we don’t have much property and few amenities to keep track of and up keep on. The biggest thing that needs to be done is a change in property management companies. Not sure what I will find out there is the way of companies willing to manage a small complex such as this. I began with doing some research on the Internet for property management companies. Transglobe property management came up along with several other companies. I began looking into these companies, reviewing any information I could find on their web sits and in the listings with the Better Business Bureau for Transglobe property management. These is a lot to consider besides the monthly cost of the service. What did it include would we be considered important enough as a small complex, especially since many of these companies state they service properties large and small. Well yes, however would we be over shadowed by a larger property paying a large monthly fee? Well the starting point is reviewing and narrowing down from all available eliminating those without any local representatives and some didn’t like to answer their phones. After these were eliminated we set up appointments to meet face to face and get a feeling for the companies ability to service our needs.
